Analyzer Overview
General Information About Analyzer Functions
The RE-431-D Series analyzers provide accurate monitoring of three-phase electrical parameters, delivering all the measurements required for the management and optimization of electrical energy consumption.
The models in the series are:
| Model | Additional communication |
|---|---|
| RE-431-D | Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE, Modbus TCP |
| RE-431-D-RS485 | The above + Modbus RTU over RS485 interface |
| RE-431-D-LW | The above + LoRaWAN connectivity |
Main Functions
- Monitoring of electrical parameters: current (I, In), voltage (U, V), active/reactive/apparent power (P, Q, S), power factor, frequency and energy
- Active, reactive and apparent energy counters, with imported and exported energy, total and per phase
- Harmonic distortion (THD) measurement and harmonics visualization
- Phasor diagram and real-time waveforms
- Detection and logging of power quality events (Dip & Swell) with date and time
- Overvoltage and overcurrent alerts shown on the display
- Built-in configuration menu accessible from the display, protected by PIN
- Communication via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU (RS485) and MQTT/MQTTs
- LoRaWAN connectivity on the RE-431-D-LW variant
- Over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates
For the mapping of the data exposed via Modbus, see the Modbus Register Map page.
